Llafranc and Tamariu are two small towns on the coast of Palafrugell that were originally fishing villages. Now they have become prime tourism sites but without losing the charm of their traditional origins. The route we suggest runs along the traditional paths that link Llafranc and Tamariu with inland areas, and the caminos de ronda, circular paths historically used by smugglers and customs officers. It makes a pleasant excursion, full of surprises, pretty views, unspoiled coves, beaches with peaceful waters, exhilarating but safe paths and springs of cool water … in short, a really exciting and varied excursion.
